Due to the new road-tax rules for "oldtimer vehicles" in the
Netherlands, I can not ride my GoldWing in December, January and
February. (or I have to pay a lot more tax)
So today, the last day in November, I made a short last trip,
filled my tank and and parked the bike in the garage with a
trickle charger to keep the battery healthy.

Last weekend we went to safari park "De Beekse Bergen" with our youngest
son and his girlfriend and one of our other sons with his wife and
children. Today we went to Fairy-tale theme park "De Efteling" with
our oldest son with his wife and children.
We had a great time and our grandchildren loved it. It was great to hear
our granddaughter say that it was her dream come true................

Together with our youngest son and his girlfriend and one of our
other sons with his wife and children, we went to safari park "De
Beekse Bergen". We saw a lot of beautiful animals, made a lot of
pictures and had a wonderfull day.

After some misunderstanding about what we were going to do today,
I got on my GoldWing and went for a ride.
The weather was perfect. fifteen degrees Celcius, sunny and no wind,
so I had a very nice ride, mostly in Belgium.

Today I had a very nice trip on my GoldWing. After some business in
Bergen op Zoom, I went to Geertruidenberg to visit a colleague but
he wasn't home. Just when I was on my way home, a friend called and
asked if I wanted to go for a ride this afternoon. Good idea !.. so
I went to his place and after a cup of coffee we had a very nice ride
to Zierikzee, in Zeeland.

Via Goes and Ossendrecht we went back home and after 260 very enjoyable
kilometers in bright sunshine, I parked the bike in my garage.

November 12, 2014
Last weekend we had our annual family weekend. For the Saturday morning,
my wife and I organised a tour from the holiday homes to a small but
interesting motorcycle- and car museum in Zandvliet in Belgium. Then
we went to the "Bakkersmolen" in Wildert for coffee and appel-pie before
we went back to our holiday homes.
Before the start of the tour, I went to the museum, to show everyone the way.
When they all had been at the museum, I went to the Bakkersmolen to get my
coffee and appel-pie. It was nice to do the tour on the GoldWing.

Unfortunately, after the weekend, my wife and I both had the flu but
now we are feeling better.

On Sunday Building CLub "Bokkerijders" (building clubs build the
big wagons for the carnaval parade) had an open doors day in Calfven
so everyone could see how they build their beautiful wagons.
Together with my wife, our youngest son and his girlfriend, we
went there. While we were there, I made some pictures for a small
article on www.regioactueel.nl.
