This evening we went to a concert of the singer/songwriter Gerald
Troost at Familytime Ministries in Goes because our son Sjoerd
was the drummer in Geralds band.
We realy enjoyed the concert and after the concert we went for
a snack to the McDonalds in Goes with some friends and family.

This Saturday, I went for a ride with a few motorcyclist from our church.
The start of the ride was in Goes and via the 5 km long Zeeland
Bridge we rode to Schouwen-Duiveland and later to Goeree-Overflakkee
and back to Goes.

April 10, 2023
Together with my neighbour Robert, I went tot the Easter Show at
Motoport in Goes. I was on my Goldwing and Robert on his Harley
Electra Glide.
Ofcourse I made a
Motormobilist video about it.
On the way to Goes, we rode the freeway but on our way back, we used the
more scenic route.
I liked the Harley Softail Standard very much

This Sundayafternoon, we, my wife, one of our granddaughters and I,
went to the
Wilhelmieten museum in Huijbergen.
In the little village Huijbergen used to be a monastry of the Wilhelmieten.
In 1847 the Wilhelmieten left and in 1944, the NAZI's set the monastry on fire
but the gatehouse is still there and is the home of Wilhelmieten museum.
There are still a few monks in Huijbergen but not in the original monastry
ofcourse.
