André, a good friend of mine, lies in the hospital but he and his girlfriend had
tickets for 'Central Park – The story of Simon & Garfunkel’ at the local theater,
'Podium Kloosterhof'.
She asked me if I wanted to go to the show with her so this saturday evening we
went to the theater and enjoyed the show. I also took some pictures and wrote an
article about it on our newssite woensdrecht.nieuws.nl so André could
see where we have been.

As I often do, I took the scenic route home after church this Sunday
morning. Via the viewpoint at Waarde I rode along the Westerschelde
dike home. The weather was nice and I had a great ride.

At Motoport in Goes they had a Harley-Davidson Open Day with the new
2023 Street Glide CVO on display. An €55000,- bike !.
It was nice but I think I'll keep my old Goldwing for the forseable
future.
Off couurse, I also made a video for our
Motormobilist channel that will come on-line after a week or two.

My Goldwing needed its service and while they were working on it
at Motorservice Ossendrecht anyway, I asked for a LED headlight
upgrade because I was not happy with the original headlight.

We got tickets for a concert of Dick van Altena and Savannah at the
Kloosterhof theater in Hoogerheide.
Country and countryrock songs like The Lightning Express, ‘A thing
called love’, ‘Country Roads’, 'Barbara Ann' and 'Six Days on the
Road' and a lot more.
After the concert. the band played 'unplugged' a little more at
the afterparty in the bar.

This evening, we went with a team from our shooting club to the
'Koningsschutters' for a pistol competition. Militairy pistol and
Service pistol.
It was not bad. I have done better but I was not unhappy with
the results.

Every year there is an American Day at the Rock and Bluescafe 'Die Twee'
in Bergen op Zoom. The parking is filled with American cars, trucks
and bikes.
My Goldwing is made in the USA so I went there (also for an article
on our news sites and a video for our
Motormobilist channel.
