Tonight we went to the Theater Kloosterhof in Hoogerheide for a
show of Jan Rot, a famous Dutch singer and songwriter.
It will be one of his last shows because he is very ill and
he knows he will not recover. It was sad to know that he won't
live much longer and it was very moving to see the show.

My BMW is for sale at
Motorservice Ossendrecht and today I got on the GoldWing to ride to Ossendrecht to
put the add on Facebook.
After my visit to Motorservice Ossendrecht, I took the long way
home via Huijbergen, Nispen, Bergen op Zoom and Heimolen.

The day before yesterday, I was at Motorservice Ossendrecht when
we noticed a tear in the center of my rear tire.
A normal leak can be plugged but the center of the tire was
ripped open over a few centimeters so I needed a new rear tire.

The tire was ordered and yesterday it arrived and this morning I
went to Motorservice Ossendrecht to get it fitted on my bike.

My BMW R1200GS is for sale now.
Since I bought the GoldWing, the GoldWing is the only bike I use.
It is a shame if an expensive bike like the BMW R1200GS is just
gathering dust in the garage so now I brought it to Motorservice
Ossendrecht so it can be sold.

Our youngest granddaughter, the daughter of our youngest son and
his wife, is just a few weeks old and today, while we were visiting
them, I gave her her bottle with milk.

My brother and sisters and their partners and my wife and I had
planned a visit to one of my sisters and a dinner at a Chinese
restaurant in Voorburg.
We missed the coffee and cake at my sisters house because we
were stuck in a traffic jam for two hours because of a bridge
on the freeway that could not close because a technical problem.
Fortunately we did make it in time for dinner.

This afternoon I had a nice motorcycleride with my friend and
neighbour Robert.
Via the Westerschelde dike we went to Goes to check out the
bikes at Motoport in Goes and we went home via the fishing
harbour of Yerseke.

We have to stay in quarantaine for a few days because we were close
to our son in law who tested positive for corona.
I had nowhere to go now, so it was a nice time to clean the bikes.
Yesterday I cleaned the BMW and today it was the GoldWing that
got cleaned.

The weather is very nice for the time of year. It is sunny and warm
so it is time for a nice motorcycle ride.
I took the GoldWing from the garage and took the scenic route along
the Westerschelde Dike via Waarde and Kruiningen to Goes to make a
pitstop at Motoport, the big motorcycle shop in Goes.

After a choco and a lot of motorbike watching, I got on the GoldWing
again and took a nice route home , with a detour via Waarde and
Krabbedijke because of roadworks.
