Today I left the office early and walked to Amsterdam Central Station. It was a longer walk
then I expected but I enjoyed it very much.

This afternoon we went for a ride in our Mercedes. We realy enjoy this car very much.
First we went to "De Knalpot", a BMW motorcycle specialist and then to a motorcycle
shop in Goes, next to the McDonald's so guess where we went then.......

On our way home, we avoided the freeway and took the scenery route and despite the
bad weather, we had a nice ride.

Last week my starter engine started to make unpleasand noises so I went to Motorservice Ossendrecht
to get it fixed. Unfortunately I needed a new starterengine and a BMW starter engine is not cheap
.
Today, John called me that the bike was ready and because he was in the neighbourhood anyway, he picked
me up and gave me a ride to his shop. He even gave me a discount on the price of the starter engine. !
This was causing the problem
I am very happy it happened here and now, and not while I was somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

The people of "Cafe Die Twee" in Bergen op Zoom, organize each year a Ratbike Day and
like the previous years, I went there to make an article for
RegioActueel.nl.
The weather was very nice and there were a lot of nice ratbikes but also plenty of other nice
bikes to look at. As always, the atmosphere was very relaxed and everybody had a good time.

Today I made a trip through Zeeland. Past Krabbedijke, I went to Goes and then over the Zeelandbridge
to Zierikzee. From Zierikzee I went to the "Oosterschelde dam" and then through Wilhelmindadorp and
Rilland to Ossendrecht where I had a coffee at Motorservice Ossendrecht before I went home.
