I try to lose some weight so instead of using the car, I use my
bicycle as much as possible. In the beautiful green environment
that we live in, it is a joy to ride a bicycle so it is no problem
for me.

Today I placed an add for my BMW F650GS. I found a beautiful
BMW R850 that I want to buy but first I have to sell my F650GS.

There was a pressconference in Huijbergen that I wanted to attend
and it is not as hot as yesterday (yesterday it was 40 degrees Celcius
in the shade, much to hot) so I used my bicycle to get there.

I love the fact that we live in an environment with lots of forests
and farmland. It is so nice to ride my bicycle or motorcycle here.

We have cleaned up our house and our daughter and her husband
have cleaned up their house, shed and attic so we have a lot
of 'stuff' to get rid off.
Our son in law rented a trailer and we loaded it with everything
we didn't need anymore and drove to waste collection yard
in Ossendrecht.

Loading the trailer at two places was a lot of work but unloading
was not to easy too. At the waste collection yard, everything must
be sorted, wood, metal, plastic and so on, so materials can be
recycled.

When my wife can not come with me to church, I go alone to our
church in Goes in Zeeland on my red BMW F650 GS motorcycle.
I love my Sundaymorning ride everytime I get the chance.

We bought some steel brackets to make an extra fence on top of our
wooden garden-fence to keep the cat from escaping to other peoples
gardens.

The weather is nice and we have a lot of flowers in the garden to
attract bees and butterflies and it works.

I am so happy that we don't live in a big city. Just a few minutes
from home, you can walk in the countryside.
I had to do some shopping in our village and I took the long way
home.

Today my wife and one of our daughters in law, had organised a
baby shower for our pregnant daughter.
After the baby shower, we had a nice, very informal, family dinner.
