While I was taking pictures on Krabbenfoor in Bergen op Zoom, for an article on
www.regioactueel.nl this Saturday afternoon, a photographer friend who was
doing promotion for another event asked me to pose for this picture.

This week I took a small holiday from work to clean up my garage. There was so much junk that
I had hardly room enough for the two motorcycles.

I have thrown away a lot of junk but I also will try to sell some of the more valuable things via "Marktplaats"
(the Dutch eBay).

Because one of my grandsons was having his first birthday, his parents organised a
garden party. They live between Amersfoort and Apeldoorn, about 180 kilometers from
where we live and as the weather was very nice today, it was time for a motorcycle trip.

As usual, I avoided the freeways and had a very nice trip. Specially the roads along the rivers
were very nice.

For my work as IT specialist, I worked at a customers office today
in Amstelveen. During my lunchbreak, I went outside for a walk,
with my camera ofcourse, and I made some nice pictures.

beautiful colors.

Finaly, the summer has come and the weather is very nice today. This morning
I left home early to go for a ride on the BMW.
From home I took the road to Zundert and from Zundert a very nice road to Baarle
Nassau.

In Baarle Nassau, I had a cappuccino and then went to Breda via Zundert. In Breda
I went to OIT, a Harley-Davidson dealer. Nice bikes but I won't trade my BMW for
a Harley.

After work, I spend some time on Schiphol Airport. The plan was
to say hello to my aunt who was supposed to arrive at 18:20 h
but her plane was delayed, so unfortunately I had to go before
she arrived because I had another appointment this evening.

This evening, I got the sad news that my Norwegian friend Kurt died of a heart attack.
He was only 58 years old.
R.I.P. Kurt.
