Yesterday, my granddaughter saw the GoldWing in the garage and she
wanted to sit on the bike if I would sit on it too. Who could
refuse that.......

Our youngest son got his first driving lesson today. When he returned
after a little more then an hour, he had enjoyed it very much.

My cousin Evert-Jan and his partner Nathalie from France visited
us this weekend. On Sunday we went for a little tour through
Zeeland, from Veere to the Oosterscheldedam and Neeltje Jans and
then to Zierikzee where we had lunch.
After we went home, because Erika had to visit her mother,
Evert-Jan, Nathalie and I went for a bicycle ride to Bergen op
Zoom.

This morning, I made a small trip on my GoldWing. Via some nice
countryroads I went to Breda, from Breda to Wuustwezel in Belgium
and via Putte and Calfven I went back home.

This afternoon, I got my GoldWing GL1200 Aspencade. I went to
Raamsdonkveer, together with one of my sons and he drove the car
back and I enjoyed a nice ride home on the GoldWing.

I bought a GoldWing again, a beautiful blue GL1200 Aspencade.
On monday afternoon, I will pick it up and ride it home.

Last month, I made a serie of pictures of the BMW to use on "for sale"
adds on Marktplaats, Speurders and Autoscout.
Yesterday, I got a buyer for the bike and he came to pick it up today.
Simon, who bought the bike yesterday, came this afternoon to pick
it up. We went to the post office to get the paperwork done and he
left on his new BMW and I left on our faithful old Honda.......

so who knows......

Our youngest sons worked for a week as a volunteer at a children
camp in Nunspeet, about two hours driving from our home.
Today we had to pick him up to get home after an very busy
week with a group of small children.

He was very tired and after we had a late lunch at the big M, he
fell asleep in the car.

Today I did not ride but I cleaned the Honda because this is the
bike I will be riding until I buy another "big" bike.
A (more or less) clean Honda
Although it is a lot smaller and less powerful then the BMW, I do
really enjoy riding the Honda because it is easy to ride and very
smooth. Also, it is nice to know that this is a bike from 1978 that
is still going strong.

My plan is to sell the BMW, with the worn-out clutch. Then I'll ride the
Honda CB400T for a few months, until I have saved enough money to buy a
Harley SuperGlide or maybe a GoldWing GL1200 again if I can find a good one.
This morning I talked about selling the bike at Motorservice Ossendrecht
and this afternoon, I moved the RAM-Mount with my photo-camera from the
BMW to the Honda.
