Our youngest son works as an engineer for a cable company. Today he
had to come to the HQ with all his collegues, for the anual inspection,
update and calibration of the supplies and tools in his car.
It was a real event with music and free french fries, drinks and
hamburgers. He asked me to join him, so together we went to Hedel in
his company car.
We had a nice trip together.

My wife Erika organised a local library in a small village nearby. A local
newspaper the 'Bode' wrote an article about it with a few pictures of
Erika in the library.

I ordered a secondhand original BMW tankbag via 'Marktplaats' (the
Dutch Ebay) and it arrived today so I mounted it on my bike.

The bike is ready now. It got a full service at Motorservice Ossendrecht,
handlebar risers. I got a longer rear schockabsorber (because bike bike was
lowered by the previous owner) and the Tomttom holder is mounted on the
bike.
At De Knalpot, they told me I could change the centerstand for a longer one
but when I came to their shop, they did not have one in stock. So now
John at Motorservice Ossendrecht made the original stand longer. I also
changed the high Wunderlich seat for an original BMW seat but I want a
higher BMW seat so I will keep looking for a secondhand seat.

I really enjoy riding this bike and with less then 8000 km on the odometer,
this bike is like new, despite the fact it is from the year 2000.
