A motocycle-training company had an all-road training in our area
and I wrote an article about it for Woensdrecht.nieuws.nl.
I joined them for the morning part of the training and took a lot
of pictures. It was nice to ride some gravel roads on my BMW R850R.

At lunchtime, they went to a nice spot in the forrest for lunch and
an all-road tour throught the area but I went home to write my article.

This morning I left home at eight for a nice bicycle tour where I
visited all villages of Woensdrecht. First I went through the
village Woensdrecht, then to Ossendrecht and Putte, then to
Huijbergen en finally to Hoogerheide.

May 26, 2020,
Our daughter had some Tupperware stuff that had to go to someone
from the church in Goes and I wanted to ride my BMW, so I rode
to Goes this afternoon.
After handing over the bag with Tupperware stuff I drove to Motoport
in Goes, a big motorcycle shop and then I rode a bit towards the
Zeelandbrug until the exit to Wilhelminadorp. After Wilhelminadorp
I rode to Kattendijke where I went into the village to take a
picture of the village church.
The Postbrug in the N670 towards Yerseke was closed so I rode to
the highway A58 towards Bergen op Zoom through the Vlaketunnel.

This Sundaymorning I listened to the online service of our church.
I miss being together with all the other people in church, and
listening to the band playing on TV is very different from singing
with a hundred or more other people in church, but I am glad we
have the technology now to listen to an online church service and
sermon.

I wanted to go for a longer ride today but it rained hard, just
when I wanted to leave so I spend some time at home and after
a while, I went for a shorter trip in Zeeland.
Via the Grindweg and the Oud Hinkelenoorddijk I rode to Ossendrecht
and then through the polder to the Westerscheldedijk. I followed the
dike road to Waarde and went back home via the Oude Rijksweg.

The day before yesterday, I had my new Tomtom connected to the
battery of my bike and today I did my first testride with the
Tomtom.
Via the Oesterdam I went to Sint Annaland and from Sint Annaland
to Wouw and via Wouwse Plantage and Huijbergen back home.

Because the big Givi topcasse made my bike feel unstable, I bought
a cheap small secondhand topcase to try if it feels better on my BMW.

A few days ago I bought a Tomtom 550 satnav. At first I wanted to
change the handlebars of my BMW for a standard handlebar so it
would be easier to mount a Tomtom but that turned out to be much
too expensive so now I bought a M8 bolt with a RAM mount ball to
mount the Tomtom, with the RAM mount on the bolt that hold the
handlebars.

I tried an alternative bicycle route today. Via the Oesterdam I
rode to Tholen and via Halsteren and Bergen op Zoom I rode back
home. The weather was perfect, just a little wind, sunny and
warm but not to hot. It was 44,2 km and I did it in an hour and
a half.

We went to Kwadedamme in Zeeland this morning to buy three new
chickens, silk fowls. We already had a black silk fowl and now
we have three more of this type of chicken.

Today I tried another route for my bicycle trip. From home I rode
through the forest past camping Zoomland to Wouwse Plantage and
then to Huijbergen and Ossendrecht and finally back home via Calfven.
