The seats in my sons Peugeot 309 are worn out and yesterday he spoke to a guy who
had a newer 309 that was going to the scrapyard so he could buy the seats for a very
nice price.
Today I helped him to change the old seats for the newer seats. We had to do it in the
rain and it took a lot of effort to get the passenger seat from the donor car but now he
has two good seats in his car.

Today they have to make a long trip so the new seats came just in time.

In a motorcycle magazine I saw an article about Saxon motorcycles. The European importer
happened to have its office in Bergen op Zoom so I called them if I could write an article
about them for RegioActueel.nl and take some pictures of their bikes.
They agreed so I went there this morning for a short interview but it was so interesting
that I was there for a few hours and also did a short testride on a new prototype.
The Saxon Sceptre in Bergen op Zoom
The Saxon Sceptre is a prototype that will be used to get the approval for the European market
and it was very nice to experience a bike like that. With its almost 1600 cc S&S engine it has lots
of power and even more torque and it looks and sounds very impressive.

Today I made a small trip on my BMW. First on the freeway to Breda to Motoport, a
motorcycleshop. Then on the freeway into Belgium to exit Meer and from there of
the regular roads and on the narrow asphalt roads and dirtroads.
I enjoyed it very much. This is why I bought the F650GS !
