Today I went to an airsoft event at Balls & Arrows in Lelystad.
Fortunately I could borrow an airsoft gun, goggles and facemask,
because I don't have those things myself.
It was played in a big forrest with more then a hundred people,
devided in a red team and a blue team. Every team has some missions to
accomplish (the red team, where I was in, lost from the blue team
).

With two of our sons, a daughter in law and some grandkids, we
went to the McDonald's in Bergen op Zoom. After our dinner, we
spend some time on the little beach on the other side of the street.

Peter Koelewijn, a Dutch rocksinger from when I was a teenager, is now
75 years old but still going strong.
This afternoon, he had a show at "Palm Parkies" in Bergen op Zoom with
his band, The Rockets and I went there to write an article for
Regioactueel.nl.

Because I was there as a reporter, I was allowed to get on the
stage, to get some pictures of the audience. I took this picture
while standing on the platform next to the drummer.

My parents celebrated their 83th birthday today (my father is

restaurant for a very nice family dinner with the whole family

After we left our hostel in Sneek, we visited a nephew and his wife
in Sneek and then we went to Erika's brother, who lives in a very
small village, half an hour riding from Sneek.

After a visit to our oldest son and his wife and children, we, my
wife Erika and I, went to Zuidlaren in Drente in the North of the
Netherlands to look for a car (I did not buy it).
After our visit to Zuidlaren, we went to Sneek, in Friesland.
We had a nice room in a Stayokay hostel. After dinner at a Chinese
restaurant, we went to the "Waterpoort". The Waterpoort is a famous
old gate over the canal into Sneek.
Unfortunately, it was raining cats and dogs so we went there by car.
