When we left Götenburg I tried to find a place to sleep on the boat.
Inside all couches were taken so I tried to find a quiet place outside.
A view on the rear deck while searching for a place to sleep.
Unfortunately, the "quiet" part was the most difficult. I did try to sleep
on several places but no luck. I just slept for a few minutes every time.
At a quarter past three in the morning, the Stena Line ferry arrived
in Frederikshavn and at half past three, I was riding the BMW from the
cardeck to the quay.
When we left Götenburg it had been warm so my BMW trousers were on
the back of the bike. My sweater was in the left case on the bike. And
now, at half past four in the morning in Danmark, it is foggy, wet and cold.
I stop at a gasstation to get some warmer clothes on.
Stopped for warmer clothes.
At the next gasstation I stopped again, now to get a hot coffee and some bread.
To bad I could not sleep on the boat because I'm tired now and I have another
1300 km to go.
I stop at almost every gasstation and rest area and try to eat and drink
something every time.
A nice enclosed picknick place.
And a view on the fields behind it.
On one occasion, I tried to sleep for a while on a picknick bench. I did sleep a bit
but not enough.
Restaurant on a rest area near Kolding.
After a while the sun was coming and the fog disapeared so it became a little
more comfortable.
After a lot of stops I finaly reached the German border.
