My trip to WingDing Europe 2007 in Denmark.
Since 2002, I am a member of the GoldWing Road Riders
Association, an US based Honda GoldWing club.
This year, to celebrate its 30th anniversary, the first GWRRA rally in Europe is organised in
Sakskøbing in Denmark, from August 2 to 5 and I want to be there with my GoldWing.

I'll leave home early in the morning on Saturday, July 28 and if the weather is not to bad, I'll ride past the
Northsea coast from Zeeland, through South Holland, North Holland, over the "Afsluitdijk" into
Friesland and Groningen and then through Germany to Denmark in a few days. Just taking it easy
and enjoying the ride.

Today was my last day at the office before my holiday. Only a few days now before I go to Denmark.
The bike is ready for it. I have new tires, new timing belts, the oil level and the tire pressure are checked
and OK and the bike is running fine.

The first day of my holiday. It was a very useful day.
On my 50th birthday, a lot of people gave me money and from that money and some more, I bought a
Tomtom Rider 2 Europe GPS system on the bike.
I had to look hard for it. At all shops in our neighbourhood it was sold out but finally at Motoport
Breda, they had one left. I asked them to keep it for me. That was no problem so I drove to Breda right
away to buy it.
This evening I installed it and it works fine and looks good.

From now on it should be a lot easier to find the alternative route instead of the freeway.
